  • Dec 7, 2018 · To see your ruler's traits, open your Government window by clicking your empire's icon in the upper-left corner of the screen. On the first tab (also labeled Government) you will see the picture of your ruler, and in lower-left corner of that panel displays your ruler's traits. This is where they were displayed in previous versions. Scientists that are leading research are excluded from this form of trait gain. Otherwise, traits can be received from events and anomalies.
